About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Associate Client Manager to join our team at Lockton Companies. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including policy administration, claims management, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement business plans, setting goals and objectives to drive growth and success.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
