Job Description

">

We are seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our growing Sales organization. As a trusted advisor, you will act on behalf of our customers, aligning Arista's technical resources to achieve their business outcomes. You will partner with skilled Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to understand how to execute on customer behalf.

The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, a proven track record of technology sales, and the ability to cultivate relationships with existing customers while penetrating new logo accounts. You will be responsible for utilizing a consultative selling approach to address the business needs of hybrid cloud computing and siloed legacy IT systems across the Arista product portfolio.

Salary and Benefits

">

The estimated salary for this role is $137,500-$183,000 per year, depending on skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and US location. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you must have a BS/BA degree or equivalent, along with 8+ years of technology sales experience. Proven track records of direct selling into target accounts within the assigned territory and exceeding sales targets are also required.

">

You should possess relevant data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industry background from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner, or end-user. Strong rolodex and relationships within the territory are essential. Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels are crucial.

Additionally, you should have previous selling experience and technical acumen in one or more areas such as Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure, or Cloud computing.
