Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at BOLT Staffing. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff
• Manage and maintain accurate records and files
• Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate of $20-$22
• Long-term temporary opportunity with potential for extension
• Monday - Friday schedule, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
