Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and leading the store team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a smile, use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs, and engage in friendly conversations to build strong relationships.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Process transactions efficiently, suggest services, and drive sales through product knowledge and active selling techniques.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, observe and coach team members, and assist with delegating tasks to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
