Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hart Medical Equipment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and customer service platforms.
