Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our products and services
  • Answer customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide informed recommendations to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
