COMPENSATION: $100,000 to $120,000 annually, with bi-monthly payments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in performance marketing optimizations or conversion rate optimization (CRO), advanced analytical skills, exceptional relationship management, and communication abilities. You should excel in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of meeting revenue targets or business metrics.

EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of experience with Google Search and optimizing landing page experiences to enhance revenue and deep-funnel advertiser key performance indicators (KPIs).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will lead revenue optimization initiatives for the Deposits segment of FinanceBuzz, which aids millions of consumers in making informed financial decisions each month. With a growth-oriented mindset, you will leverage audience insights and data to enhance landing pages, aiming to boost revenue and improve user experience while surpassing client KPIs.

Success in this position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities. Data is central to this role, but it must be complemented by creativity and marketing insights to effectively engage target audiences and align them with financial products.

KEY TASKS:
  • Oversee, analyze, optimize, and expand existing landing pages to maximize revenue and profit margins.
  • Examine data to assess performance, uncover trends, and identify new opportunities.
  • Research, test, and onboard new advertisers onto our platform.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Copywriting, and User Acquisition teams.
  • Develop and implement tests involving copy, UI/UX modifications, and offer arrangements to enhance page metrics.
  • Spot trends across advertisers and/or platforms and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of a content strategy that captivates users while meeting client KPI metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing, primarily focusing on advertiser mix, content angles, offer depth, and page formats.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster cross-departmental relationships and keep stakeholders updated on performance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in optimizing landing page experiences to maximize revenue and deep-funnel advertiser KPIs.
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience with Google Search; planning, managing, and optimizing Google Search campaigns.
  • Experience with tracking/reporting platforms and/or business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical skills; a natural inclination to utilize data for decision-making and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.) and the ability to analyze extensive data sets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in forecasting and budget planning.
  • Background in media agencies.
  • Familiarity with reporting/analytics software such as Looker, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience working in a content management system (e.g., WordPress).
  • A general interest and knowledge of personal finance.
