Job Title: Oncology Account Manager

Integrated Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Account Manager to join our team. As an Oncology Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships with healthcare providers, including oncologists, hematologists, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and market share targets in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare providers, to promote the appropriate use of approved products.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques and marketing strategies to create and expand demand for promoted brands.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize resources and exceed customer expectations.
  • Comply with all regulatory and promotional guidelines, as well as corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with a major in Biological Science and/or Chemistry preferred.
  • 1-3 years of pharmaceutical or clinical experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 or more current years selling in the Oncology, Immunology, Hematology, or Rare Disease therapeutic market preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales results and ability to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Must live within the territory, preferably close to LA or PST.
