Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Mid-West Family La Crosse. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting for new business, building relationships with local business owners, and selling marketing strategies to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities and build relationships with local business owners
  • Sell marketing strategies to achieve measurable results
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Ability to work alone and in a team setting
  • Digital and social acumen
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
