Overview
Highgate Hotels is a premier real estate investment and hospitality management company with a presence in the US, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing room revenue and occupancy, and implementing Highgate's philosophy of service.

About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role. You should possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, and have a warm and friendly demeanor. A college degree or equivalent experience is required.

The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the Guest Services team, responding to guest requests, and ensuring that all staff members provide attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous service to guests. You will also analyze rate variance, monitor credit reports, and maintain close observation of daily house count to maximize room revenue and occupancy. Additionally, you will participate in M.O.D. coverage, attend hotel meetings and trainings, and maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate's standards.
