Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance service, particularly in hospitality, multi-family, or senior living settings is preferred. You thrive in dynamic environments with diverse daily tasks.
- Technical or mechanical certifications and/or a high school diploma are preferred.
- Experience in courteous and professional interactions with guests, residents, and the public.
- Ability to make sound decisions independently and remain composed in emergencies.
- Strong reasoning skills to understand issues and effectively communicate feedback and instructions. Proficiency in English is required.
- Familiarity with computers, mobile devices, AV technology, and office equipment, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
