Construction and Maintenance Project Specialist

As a Maintenance Project Specialist with the Washington State Government, you will be responsible for performing construction, maintenance, and repair work on preventative and deferred maintenance projects, as well as park improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Perform quality work in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry trades.
- Propose, plan, and carry out projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
