- Branch Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including cash handling, vault management, and customer transactions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our customer service representatives, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance of our customer service representatives, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
- Branch Goals: Work with the branch manager to develop and implement branch goals, ensuring that the branch is meeting its performance targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a customer service representative in a bank or financial institution.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions:
