Job Title: Retail Sales Specialist D

As a Retail Sales Specialist D at Boeing Future of Flight, you will lead retail sales activities for multiple venues in a region, tracking and maintaining sales and business operations information. You will oversee reconciliation of discrepancies, monitor for future re-occurrences, and review and respond to issues requiring intervention or process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extensive travel within the United States and ability to work independently
  • Connect with and maintain relationships with customers
  • Prioritize and execute against deadlines and adapt to a changing work environment
  • Assist with setup and breakdown at Pop-up shops and events
  • Process freight and complete markdowns
  • Support store and company level strategies to reduce shrink
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Partner with Brand Activation Lead and Coordinator to execute strategic action plans
  • Maintain and support safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or higher
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience
  • Knowledge of Point-of-Sale platforms
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Available to work a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous military or commercial experience in quality and/or operations leadership position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

This position allows telecommuting, with some work required onsite at one of the listed location options. Day-to-day responsibilities include customer support, preparing for upcoming events, and wrapping up past events.
