Job Summary:

The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for leading the perioperative team in providing safe patient care while effectively managing operations. This role requires a strong focus on quality, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the perioperative team in providing safe patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and patient satisfaction
  • Manage operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation required
  • Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
  • Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred

Compensation: $165,838.40
