Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Collaborate with product teams across Microsoft to translate business needs into AI solutions.
  • Develop problem statements and hypotheses to address customer needs, and perform experiments to test hypotheses and drive decisions.
  • Validate market size and opportunity to determine the most valuable features, and define final solution options.
  • Drive clarity of root problems and engage in customer interactions to gather feedback.
Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable on market/user research, competitive analyses, and industry trends and regulations.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance to align customer, market, and feature goals with Microsoft's strategy.
  • Experience in creating and managing end-to-end project plans for technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to evangelize group work with stakeholders and share knowledge.
