We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal Product Manager - Partner Management & Growth to lead our growth initiatives for Copilot Studio.
Responsibilities- Execute pre-sales, top of funnel strategy aligned with the Copilot Studio product and growth goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects at C-Level, as well as internal stakeholders, to support lead generation and nurturing efforts.
- Execute prospect & field education programs, including webinars, training sessions, and resource materials.
- Serve as an advocate for prospects, providing actionable feedback and insights to the product management team to shape the product roadmap.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 5 years in customer success, product management, or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with large enterprises, particularly within the technology or SaaS sectors.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in customer success.
- Proven track record of driving partner success and growth in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
- Driven by results, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
