Job SummaryAs a Product Manager at Centific, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and driving its execution. This role is inherently cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, product, growth, sales, and executive teams to bring features and products to market and develop and grow business opportunities for Centific in the AI/ML domain. Your focus will be on understanding user needs for our General AI platform, writing functional specs, user stories, defining success criteria, leveraging data insights to inform decisions, creating meaningful product roadmaps, and enhancing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Define Product Requirements: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and market trends to define product requirements for new features.
- Establish Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships with internal teams to drive adoption of ML/AI capabilities through new use cases.
- Identify High-Impact Features: Analyze data to identify high-impact features aligned with business objectives.
- Craft Compelling Narratives: Develop a compelling narrative around product enhancements, considering user needs and market trends.
- Iterate on Roadmaps: Continuously iterate on the product roadmap based on data-driven insights and write user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and experiments effectively to internal teams.
- Address Challenges: Proactively raise blockers, address challenges, and collaborate to find solutions.
- Understand Product Funnel: Understand the product funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral) and its impact on growth.
- Align Product Enhancements: Ensure product enhancements align with user journey stages.
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical field (e.g., computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.)
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies
- 5+ years of technical product management experience with at least 3+ years of experience managing enterprise product
- Experience delivering large-scale Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle
