Your mission will be to leverage AI and standards to increase the impact and scale of Azure's supportability efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver AI capabilities and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, technical details, and requirements for Azure supportability initiatives and capabilities with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product engineering, reliability engineering, frontline support roles, and other cross-functional teams to drive AI-powered supportability expansion.
- Own stakeholder management, including clear communication, routine updates, and feedback loops to ensure effective iteration.
- Conduct research, interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for setting and implementing high standards for supportability across Azure.
- Measure and evaluate the performance, adoption, and feedback of supportability expansion plans and efforts, iterating based on data and insights.
- Accelerate the adoption and scale of supportability initiatives and capabilities across Azure product engineering and support teams by leveraging AI and implementing trackable standards.
