Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Graduate Business Programs and Admissions to lead our graduate enrollment and admissions efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase enrollment and improve the overall quality of our graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enrollment Management and Graduate Admissions
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality graduate students
    • Manage the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making admissions decisions
    • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement academic programs that meet the needs of our graduate students
    • Develop and manage budgets for graduate enrollment and admissions initiatives
    • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current graduate students
  • Program Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and reputation of our graduate programs
    • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement academic programs that meet the needs of our graduate students
    • Manage the development and implementation of graduate program marketing materials
    • Develop and manage budgets for graduate program initiatives
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Provide leadership and supervision to the graduate enrollment and admissions team
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
    • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement university-wide initiatives
Requirements
  • Education
    • Masters degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience
    • At least 8 years of experience in graduate enrollment and admissions or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
    • Ability to manage budgets and develop financial plans
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
