Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Executives Unlimited Inc. as a Managing Director. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong track record of driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all projects from bid proposal through execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop a world-class product.
  • Drive close collaboration with internal team leaders, including sales, design, engineering, finance, fabrication, and project management, to define operational processes and workflow.
  • Proactively identify areas of needed improvement or efficiency and work collaboratively with departments to create solutions.
  • Develop and lead a margin and profitability initiative, coordinating with the financial team.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the development of leadership qualities of key employees.
  • Effectively communicate with senior leadership and develop the respect of the leadership team through interaction and performance.
  • Cultivate a high level of trust across the organization.
  • Exemplify the company's values and culture at all times, following the highest ethical standards.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in leading operations/project management with a successful track record of leading multiple complex projects and achieving profitability.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial architecture, design & build firms, experiential design, space planning, project management, building construction, set fabrication, or related industry.
  • Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on projects, with the ability to balance design while adhering to budgets and appreciating return on investment.
  • Proven leadership ability to work across functions, with clients, architects, contractors, and internally, to coordinate and deliver complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, presentations, and oral, for both strategic and tactical client interactions.
  • Demonstrated intellectual grasp of problem-solving approaches through deductive and inductive reasoning.
  • Ability to effectively identify and solve problems and conflicts.
  • Ability to provide excellent client service.
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
