Market Sales Lead

Join Campbell's team as a Market Sales Lead and drive retail engagement and sales growth in your assigned market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, identifying incremental volume opportunities, and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and measure retailer expectations and compliance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer management
- Identify and recommend opportunities for display and distribution
- Adapt to retailer and market conditions to drive business decisions
- Establish and maintain high-level retailer engagement through store frequency visits
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Technical and analytical skills
- Competitive base salary range: $57,400-$82,600
