Regional Director Leader

Crunch Franchise Corporate is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead the financial success of our franchise networks within their Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing relationships with franchisees, General Managers, and teams to guide them in learning and following our Franchise System.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description:
The Regional Director is responsible for achieving financial success through hands-on training development, including local workshops and mentoring. This involves guiding marketing and lead generation activities, maintaining and executing company policy related to day-to-day operations, and mastering profit and loss statements and other Franchise systems software platforms. Regular review of these reports is crucial to driving financial success. Field travel accounts for approximately 50-60% of the work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Crunch Franchise Corporate with integrity, making recommendations on locations for training support.
- Complete gym visit training and follow-ups to ensure proper execution of the Franchise system.
- Assist new gyms in setting up presales, pricing, local grassroots marketing outreach, and new gym openings.
- Manage the Regional Mystery Shop Program and Net Promoter Score (NPS) Program.
- Ensure all gym staff meet Crunch Connected adoption requirements.
- Maintain monthly reports of franchise production and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Routinely assist Franchisees and gym locations by identifying opportunities to increase revenues and decrease expenses.
- Ensure all gyms follow company procedures.
