Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our TEAMINN team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining a robust network of business leaders in the sports travel space, developing strong relationships with partners, and collaborating with key business executives and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners within the sports travel landscape and industry influencers to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities.
  • Proactive Business Development: Proactively build new business pipeline through a combination of email and phone outreach, and skillfully deliver web-based presentations and product demos.
  • Execute Partnership Agreements: Execute multi-year partnership agreements and achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets.
  • Identify and Grow New Opportunities: Identify and grow new opportunities, collaborate with team members to ensure growth attainment, and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Establish Goals and Objectives: Establish goals and objectives in support of team vision and remove obstacles to success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or a related field.
  • Experience in Sales: 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales in the sports travel industry, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Resilience and Objection Handling: Resilience and ability to overcome objections, with experience running online web/mobile software demos through various platforms.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Ability to network and generate lasting business relationships within the sports travel industry.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, direct feedback, and a sense of urgency to create and achieve high-performance goals.
  • Disciplined Sales Approach: Disciplined sales approach, strong work ethic, and passion for excellence, with the ability to work constructively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
