Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all label production printing equipment.
  • Conduct audits on printed labels and related documentation to ensure precision.
  • Identify various label types and facilitate the printing process as needed.
  • Assist procurement and planning teams in sourcing and distributing labels to suppliers.
  • Maintain organized records, including setup sheets.
  • Prepare additional paperwork or labels as required for samples and documentation.
  • Actively engage in both customer and internal audits.
  • Monitor, acquire, and manage inventory of label and printing supplies within the Label Room, including obtaining supplies from the Warehouse.
  • Support Supply Chain-related responsibilities and projects.
  • Draft and update Quality Work Instructions (QWI) for assigned areas.
  • Participate in various system testing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Experience Requirements:

  • Required: At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, laboratory, or related environment.
  • Preferred: Experience within a cGMP setting.

Compensation and Benefits Overview:

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $19.83–$33.05.

This role may also qualify for a variable annual bonus based on individual, team, and company performance, in accordance with company policy. We provide a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. employees and their families can rely on, which includes:
