Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate packaging machinery to ensure products meet required specifications for storage and distribution
  • Comply with Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols
  • Examine packaging for quality, eliminate defects, and maintain equipment cleanliness
  • Review and execute work orders for packaging and labeling
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by management

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, basic arithmetic skills, and ability to follow directives
  • Self-driven and flexible in adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards
  • Excellent observational skills and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in packaging or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with packaging machinery

Compensation:

  • $18.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 pounds, standing for prolonged periods, and working in a cold environment
  • Good hand-eye coordination, communication skills, and fluency in English
