Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all label production printing operations.
  • Conduct thorough audits of printed labels and related documentation to ensure precision.
  • Identify various label types and coordinate printing requests as needed.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and planning teams to facilitate the requisition and distribution of labels to suppliers.
  • Maintain organized records, including setup sheets and other essential files.
  • Prepare various paperwork or labels as required for samples and documentation.
  • Engage actively in both customer and internal audits.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of label and printing supplies within the Label Room, including procurement from the Warehouse.
  • Support responsibilities related to Supply Chain and inventory control tasks and projects.
  • Draft and update Quality Work Instructions (QWI) for assigned areas.
  • Participate in testing of various systems as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Experience:

  • Required: At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, or laboratory environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) setting.

Compensation and Benefits Overview

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $19.83–$33.05. This role may also qualify for a variable annual bonus based on individual, team, and company performance in line with company policy.
