Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all label production printing operations.
  • Conduct thorough audits of printed labels and associated documentation to ensure precision.
  • Identify various label types and coordinate printing requests as needed.
  • Assist in the procurement and distribution of labels in collaboration with purchasing and planning teams.
  • Maintain organized records, including setup sheets.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork or labels for samples and documentation as requested.
  • Participate actively in both customer and internal audits.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of label and printing supplies within the Label Room, including sourcing from the Warehouse.
  • Support responsibilities related to Supply Chain and inventory control initiatives.
  • Draft and update Quality Work Instructions (QWI) pertinent to assigned duties.
  • Engage in various system testing activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, production, laboratory settings, or related fields is required.
  • Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
