Job Summary:

The Hydration Room, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner - IV Therapy Specialist. As a key member of our wellness center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administering IV and injection therapies to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer IV and injection therapies: Safely and effectively administer IV and injection therapies to patients, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring of patient responses.
  • Provide patient education: Educate patients on topics such as health education, general preventative health measures, and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including health histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Modify treatment plans: Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Emergency preparedness: Be prepared to respond to emergencies and act according to established protocols.
  • Inventory management: Work with the Facilities Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory, ensuring timely ordering and receipt of supplies.
  • Compliance and safety: Ensure the clinic maintains compliance with regulatory standards and maintains a safe, secure, and clean environment for patients.
  • Leadership and supervision: Supervise Wellness Coordinator II staff at clinics, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain documentation of patient care services, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education and licensure: Valid Nurse License with no sanctions, Current BLS and ACLS certificate required, BSN or diploma in nursing.
  • Experience: Two years of related experience preferred.
  • Skills and abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures, Proficient patient charting system, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software, Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
