Mechanical Maintenance Job Description

Michelin North America is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal production levels.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance position; journeyman's card or military background with technical training a plus.
  • Ability to pass a company physical and hair drug screen.
