Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze periodic financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Prepare client budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other management reports to help clients make informed business decisions.
  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive set of controls to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of clients' financial results.
  • Mentor and train employees in the outsourced accounting services area to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 10+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Valid CPA or CMA license or working towards obtaining one of these licenses.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to handle complex accounting issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
