Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Seagull Schools Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Center Director and assist with daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Center Director with daily office administration, including scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mailings, and other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school or service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures.
This is a full-time position, working in a child/adult center environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in an office setting, interacting with staff, visitors, and external contacts on a daily basis.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands of this role include frequent sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional need to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
Security ClearanceThe successful candidate will be required to undergo a background check and obtain security clearance prior to commencement of employment.
