Job Description

At Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex, we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our events are memorable and successful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate and implement guest services programs, including premium seating and guest services areas.
  • Work closely with event management, security, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in hospitality and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
