Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily functions of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas, including guest rooms and public spaces, are impeccably maintained.
2. Lead, train, and inspire housekeeping personnel to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
3. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and standards.
4. Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment necessary for operations.
5. Conduct routine inspections to uphold cleanliness and service standards.
6. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest experiences.

Purchasing and Budget Management:
- Maintain knowledge of cleaning products, cost management, and approved vendor lists.
- Conduct monthly budget reconciliations and reporting.
- Manage timekeeping systems and staff scheduling to align with occupancy and operational needs.

Qualifications:
- Preferred degree or certification; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a hotel housekeeping leadership role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and management.
