- Complete applications and follow through until approved
- Provide exceptional customer service skills at all times
- Participate in ongoing trainings to stay up-to-date on government programs and regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in company programs and hospital systems
- Collaborate with hospital staff, case managers, social workers, and financial counselors
- Some college coursework preferred
- Prior hospital experience preferred
- Adaptability and critical thinking skills
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Effective communication and multitasking skills
