Site Experience Transformation Leader

This is an opportunity to lead the way in redefining how customers shop online and work for 'A People-Led, Tech-Powered Omnichannel Retailer.' As a Senior Director, Site Merchandising, you'll oversee the development of holistic site strategies, visual merchandising, and content strategies that create a seamless customer experience. Your expertise will drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create a truly frictionless and engaging digital shopping experience.
We're looking for a visionary who can balance real-time execution with long-term solutioning. A proven track record of breaking new ground, asking 'What if?' and building new approaches will be essential in this role. You'll be responsible for leading large, layered teams, driving synergy, and providing leadership, development, and support.
To succeed in this position, you'll need to have a deep understanding of how customers shop online and use strategic thinking and innovation to create a seamless site experience. You'll be a leader who can build trust quickly and lead by influence, creating impact through partnership as well as ownership.
As a Senior Director, Site Merchandising, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating an exemplary site experience by driving holistic site strategies, visual merchandising, and content strategies that create a seamless customer experience.
- Telling a story through our site by identifying key trend forecasts, defining the department's storytelling roadmap, and using key functionalities like taxonomy and search to enhance the customer journey.
- Being a change champion by driving digital transformation through continuous improvement, adoption of new technology, and digital disruption.
- Monitoring site health and performance through analytics and key metrics by overseeing the development of site metrics and dashboards to monitor site health.
- Operating with excellence by landing the fundamentals and helping scale best-in-class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines.
- Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders by advising on and partnering with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance.
- Building a high-performing, best-in-industry team by developing and implementing strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $260,000, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions, including stock. Our benefits package includes 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, multiple health plans, and much more.
