Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Vice President, Behavioral Health Services Leader to join our team at Vinfen. This leadership role will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive behavioral health and addiction services, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for behavioral health and addiction services, aligning with Vinfen's mission and goals.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, administrators, and support staff to deliver evidence-based practices and achieve exceptional client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including funders, policymakers, and community partners, to advance Vinfen's mission and influence behavioral health and addiction policy.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the effective use of resources and adherence to industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance client care and program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business, management, policy, social work, psychology, or mental health counseling.
  • At least ten years of relevant experience in managing or overseeing behavioral health and/or addiction services.
  • Proven track record of strategic leadership, team management, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex internal and external environments.
