Product Management Leader

UKG is seeking a Product Management Leader to drive the development and management of roadmaps for the Ready HR products. This individual will be responsible for understanding and leading analysis of the competitive environment, customers, partners, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a product management role, with experience in B2B SaaS applications. They will also have previous people management experience and be able to communicate technical issues simply and convincingly to help drive fast decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and management of roadmaps for the Ready HR products
  • Understand and lead analysis of the competitive environment, customers, partners, and product metrics
  • Lead the ideation and launch of new features and products
  • Work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and implementation managers
  • Clearly communicate product and benefits to users and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a product management role
  • Previous people management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
