Job Title: Site Coordinator

At the Greater Lowell Family YMCA, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Coordinator to lead our School Age Child Care program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and operating a high-quality childcare site that promotes YMCA core values and encourages lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum plan that aligns with the YMCA's School's Out Framework.
  • Supervise and direct staff and volunteers to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and supervisors to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Build relationships with families and members to promote program enrollment and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Child Development or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 20 years of age.
  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people.
