Job Description: We are seeking a Growth Director to lead our sales efforts in recruiting providers into Privia Medical Group. This role requires a sales professional with experience managing sales teams and closing complex business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales teams and develop strategies to meet sales targets
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations with physicians
  • Track sales activities and manage opportunities to close
  • Participate in weekly sales calls and contribute new ideas to the sales team

Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus. 5+ years complex sales or healthcare consulting experience in a highly competitive market. Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor in a highly competitive sales environment. Experience exceeding sales targets with proven ability to generate in excess of $1 Million in sales. Must provide reliable transportation and comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for a commission-based incentive plan and restricted stock units.
