This remote position within the Diagnostics Division empowers you to transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott's diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Digital Health Solutions Executive (DHSE) is accountable for driving business and revenue growth within designated regions/countries across Core Diagnostics, Hematology, Transfusion, and Molecular businesses. DHSE collaborates with diagnostics sales teams to execute growth strategies, optimize business growth and profitability. Key objectives include:
- Acquiring new business within assigned districts, leveraging consultative strategic team selling to understand customer needs and pain points
- Setting and achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas, managing sales budgets
- Focusing on C-Suite value driver discussions, including population/community health, merger and acquisitions, remote patient monitoring, risk stratification of business and patients
- Identifying new opportunities for growth by focusing on end-to-end healthcare improvements as primary value drivers for digital health solution sales and reagent sales
- Leading complex contract negotiations to achieve sales quotas for given customer bases
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree with 4 years of sales experience; a focus in healthcare/medical, life sciences, IT, or medical technology is preferred
- 4+ years in sales roles
- Experience leading and executing simple to complex contract negotiations, aligning diverse business teams and functions to deliver results
- Previous exposure to IT technology within healthcare environments, ability to articulate customer value propositions at all levels of institutions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, proven ability to influence a consultative sales approach, and drive measurable outcomes
