Overview:
The key focus of this role is to conduct thorough investigations into product complaints, ensuring comprehensive analysis, resolution, and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed investigations into product complaints and facilitate the resolution process.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) based on investigation findings.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and propose improvements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in complaint investigation is highly preferred; however, relevant experience in the medical device sector will be considered.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
- Familiarity with Trackwise software is advantageous.
