- Warmly greet all members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct tours for prospective members, aiming to encourage them to join our fitness family.
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and a vibrant demeanor.
- Implement all opening and closing procedures to maintain smooth operations.
- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized club environment through regular upkeep.
- Assist members in scheduling introductory sessions with Blink Personal Trainers.
- Ensure consistent and punctual attendance.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational guidelines.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to lift and transport gym equipment weighing between 15-20 lbs frequently and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
- Able to remain stationed at the front desk for the majority of the workday.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong passion for the Blink brand and its mission.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Transparent pay rate: $16.00/hr.
