Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inquiries from Marketplace individual consumers, assisting with application processing, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from consumers and provide accurate information about healthcare coverage options
- Process new applications for health care coverage, including building tax households and eligibility determinations
- Facilitate life event changes, demographic updates, and disenrollment requests
- Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines
- Perform co-browse interactions with consumers seeking assistance with the application process
- Respond to all inquiries consistent with confidentiality and privacy policies
- Bilingual Spanish and English -or- Bilingual Haitian Creole and English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong data entry and telephone skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Paid training onsite for 6 weeks
- Quarterly Bonus Opportunity up to 5% of your Quarterly earnings
