Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Sales Specialist to join our team at Integrated Power Services. As an Electrical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the electrical industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of all distribution-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and support to clients in the electrical industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all distribution-related functions
  • Process customer inquiries and provide quotations
  • Enter orders and process shipments
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Act as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems


Requirements:
  • High school diploma required
  • Sharp analytical thinking and reasoning abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and take appropriate action
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Technical background with electrical and/or mechanical products is a plus
  • 3 or more years of customer service or inside sales experience in an industrial environment or equivalent education preferred
