Job Summary

At RBC Wealth Management, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Associate to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you'll play a vital role in supporting our financial advisors and clients. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional client service and have a strong background in administration and operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing timely and accurate support to meet their needs.
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, resolving issues and escalating concerns to financial advisors as necessary.
  • Adhere to compliance standards, ensuring accurate account documentation and communicating with clients regarding required information.
  • Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires, and ACHs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset to improve advisor efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
