KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to enhance our Federal Advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various communication methods to effectively reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and develop communication strategies that align with their objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to clients, including interactions with C-level executives, while establishing credible relationships.
- Leverage functional and industry expertise to identify and address complex client challenges.
- Assist in the creation of communication products that support transformation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies or processes.
- Lead and support the formulation of communication plans, encompassing stakeholder analysis, content creation, and strategic communication approaches.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in strategic communications.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with federal departments, agencies, or the private sector in developing and implementing strategic communication materials such as talking points, briefings, and informational documents.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to support firm engagements.
- U.S. citizenship is required, along with an active Federal government TS/SCI + Poly security clearance.

The salary offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as the applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior experience, and market considerations.
