Position Overview:
KPMG is currently in search of a Senior Associate to contribute to our Federal Advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of diverse communication methods to effectively reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and establish communication strategies that align with their objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to clients, including interactions with C-level executives, fostering credible relationships.
- Leverage functional and industry expertise to identify and address complex client challenges.
- Assist in the creation of communication materials that support transformation objectives and the adoption of new technologies or processes.
- Lead or assist in developing comprehensive communication plans, including stakeholder analysis, content creation, and strategic communication initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in strategic communications.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with federal departments, agencies, or the private sector in developing and implementing strategic communication documents such as talking points, briefings, and issue papers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to support firm engagements.
- U.S. citizenship is required, along with an active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + Poly security clearance.
