Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented B2B Collections Specialist to join our team at AppleOne. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up on outstanding invoices, and ensuring timely payment from our business clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting businesses via phone and email to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate payment terms.
  • Resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
  • Utilizing accounting software to track and manage accounts receivable.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in B2B collections or credit management is preferred.
