About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading and training staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Train Staff: Provide guidance and support to restaurant staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement new initiatives.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
